1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using fwd2cal, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The content on fwd2cal, including all software, text, images, and other material, remains the exclusive property of Pavonis Limited and its licensors. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to use fwd2cal solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the application.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Pavonis Limited or through the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Pavonis Limited or its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the service, even if Pavonis Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pavonis Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service using your account.
